If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Gold Rank Athletics, you can return it for a Refund or Size Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for Size Exchanges (Domestic Only). A small restocking fee will be applied to Returns.
*No restocking fee for Exchanges.
Return Conditions
Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.
Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
No returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.
All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.
U.S. Returns and Exchanges
Please submit a return or exchange request. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you an exchange if you received the wrong size or wrong item, within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.
